TransactBridge operates through a global corporate structure designed to support the provision of payment infrastructure, technology services, and related operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Depending on the nature of the services provided and the location of users or merchants, services may be delivered by one or more entities within the TransactBridge group.
2. TransactBridge Group Entities
TransactBridge platform is operated and supported by affiliated entities within the TransactBridge group, which may include:
TransactBridge Inc.
A corporation incorporated in the United States, responsible for supporting international operations, partnerships, and certain platform services.
Techglare Holdings Private Limited
A company incorporated in India, responsible for technology development, operational support, and certain platform services.
TransactBridge may establish additional entities in other jurisdictions to support regulatory, operational, or commercial requirements.
3. Allocation of Roles and Responsibilities
Entities within the TransactBridge group may perform different functions in connection with the platform, including:
- technology development and platform infrastructure

- customer and merchant support

The specific entity responsible for providing services to a user or merchant may be identified in the applicable agreement or onboarding documentation.
4. Financial Services and Payment Processing
TransactBridge provides technology and payment infrastructure services and does not itself act as a bank or deposit-taking institution unless expressly stated.
Payment processing, settlement, and related financial services may be provided in partnership with licensed financial institutions, payment processors, or regulated entities in relevant jurisdictions.
Users acknowledge that such third-party financial institutions may play a role in the processing, settlement, and safeguarding of funds.
5. Regulatory Positioning
Depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of services provided:
- TransactBridge entities may operate as technology service providers, payment facilitators, or intermediaries
- Certain regulated services may be provided through licensed partners
- Users and merchants are responsible for complying with their own regulatory obligations
Nothing in this document should be construed as TransactBridge providing regulated financial services where such services require licensing, unless explicitly stated.
6. Cross-Border Operations
TransactBridge operates globally and may provide services across multiple jurisdictions.
As a result:
- Personal data may be processed in different countries in accordance with applicable data protection laws
- Transactions may involve cross-border payment processing
- Services may be subject to local regulatory requirements and restrictions
TransactBridge works with appropriate partners to ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

8. No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in this Corporate Structure section creates any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between TransactBridge and its users or merchants.
